The hotel had a mix of pros and cons. The rooms were a bit tired and slightly cold for our baby, leading to some discomfort. While the common walkway and extensive car parking were not ideal, the missing balcony was disappointing. However, the staff were really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The service was accommodating and informative, even though the hotel is a bit out of the main town area.
